Press Operator

Responsibilities of the Press Operator
- Operate heat set web presses and other printing equipment
- Monitor operation to ensure consistent print quality throughout production runs
- Maintain, clean, and troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Follow job specifications and production schedules to meet deadlines
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address any production-related issues
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications of the Press Operator
- Previous related experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Press Operator works Monday through Friday from 11:30pm-7:30am, with lots of opportunity for overtime, for $25-$30/hour, depending on experience.
