We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children aged 3 to 5 can explore, learn, and grow emotionally, socially, and academically.

Key Responsibilities

Curriculum & Instruction: Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans that cover early literacy, basic math concepts, arts and crafts, music, and motor skills.

Classroom Management: Establish clear, gentle guidelines for behavior to foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment.

Child Development & Assessment: Observe and track each child’s developmental milestones, social interactions, and learning progress.

Safety & Care: Maintain high standards of hygiene, health, and safety, ensuring all safety and regulatory guidelines are strictly followed.

Communication & Collaboration: Partner with parents and guardians through regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and daily check-ins regarding their child’s progress and well-being.

Social-Emotional Learning: Guide children in developing self-regulation, empathy, sharing, and problem-solving skills through cooperative play and group activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (or CDA Credential).

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working with preschool-aged children in a licensed daycare or classroom setting.
Certifications:
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Child Care Background Clearance.
Skills
- Exceptional patience, creativity, and energy.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt activities to support diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and participate in active play (bending, kneeling, sitting on the floor).
