Our Prep Cook role is part of the Heart of House team in Rossford, OH. You’ll help prep ingredients, follow recipe procedures, and stock stations to set up for service, while upholding safety and a welcoming environment. What You'll Do
- Properly execute all recipe procedures
- Prepare a variety of foods with different methods of preparation
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set-up stations
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $11.00 – $21.00/hr
