About the Role As a Prep Cook at Chili's, you will support our Heart of House by preparing ingredients and executing recipe procedures to help the kitchen run smoothly. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to help deliver quality dishes and timely service. What You'll Do
- Properly execute all recipe procedures
- Prepare a variety of foods with different methods of preparation
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set-up stations
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment What We're Looking For
