About the Role As a Prep Cook at Chili's in Knoxville, you will support the Heart of House by executing recipes, preparing foods using multiple methods, and stocking and setting up stations while upholding safety and sanitation standards. You’ll contribute to a fast-paced, welcoming environment and help the team deliver great service.
What You'll Do
- Properly execute all recipe procedures
- Prepare a variety of foods with different methods of preparation
- Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Complete assigned prep work to stock and set-up stations
- Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members
- Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
- Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $10 – $20 per hour (USD)
