About the Role This position ensures development and implementation of the strategy for the Premium Spirits category and allocation of all marketing resources (strategies, execution tools and partners/agencies) to support the growth of the allocated brand portfolio and the business. The Brand Manager defines and manages the marketing agenda for the portfolio, from identifying key country-level big bets to planning, implementing and evaluating marketing programs. The role requires close collaboration with key stakeholders across marketing, sales, commercial excellence, finance and supply chain, and active contribution to the Spirits category leadership marketing team. The main objective is sustainable business performance growth with a focus on revenue and profitability, value share growth and portfolio leadership. What You'll Do
- Co-develop long-range plans and business plans for the Premium Spirits portfolio, aligned with global priorities and local channel insights.
- Manage the marketing budget (A&P), including planning, control and reconciliation, and quarterly reporting with brand owners.
- Own the Premium Spirits portfolio budget and ensure full execution of the marketing and sales activity calendar.
- Monitor payments and control portfolio costs, including value-chain management and price control.
- Define 360° initiatives (LoS/KBIs) and ensure implementation and delivery of results.
- Identify growth opportunities, calculate the Size of the Prize and contribute to long-term strategic directions.
- Build the annual calendar of activities for Premium Spirits and coordinate implementation of strategic initiatives and innovations.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to adapt marketing programs to channel and regional needs.
- Adapt global plans to the local market and identify cross-merchandising opportunities and best practices from the system.
- Plan and coordinate launches of new products, SKU rationalization and portfolio harmonization, contributing to planning sessions and sharing best practices. What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in large, complex and multi-channel organizations.
- Advanced MS Office skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to rapidly understand consumer and market needs.
- Fluent English.
