About the Role
Premium Lounge Host Supervisor, in partnership with the Ancillary Manager, oversees the guest experience within the premium lounge at Live Nation events. The role ensures every visitor receives attentive, elevated, and seamless service and acts as the central on-site leader coordinating between guests, staff, and venue partners. This position helps maintain a polished, welcoming, and efficient lounge environment throughout events.
What You'll Do

Oversee the guest experience within the lounge in conjunction with the Ancillary Manager, ensuring service standards, presentation, and guest engagement meet elevated expectations.

Manage staff assignments, monitor performance, and provide real-time guidance to maintain a polished, welcoming, and efficient lounge environment.

Liaise with the Ticket Office to coordinate guest access, resolve ticketing or credential issues, and ensure smooth entry for VIPs and donors.

Complete post-event reporting for management, including staffing notes, guest feedback, operational challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
