Predictions & Digital Asset Markets Account Manager/Senior Manager

About the Role Crypto.com is seeking a Predictions & Digital Asset Markets Account Manager/Senior Manager to own and scale the liquidity ecosystem across spot, derivatives, prediction markets, and tokenized RWA products. You will onboard and manage relationships with institutional liquidity providers, market makers, and strategic partners across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas to drive growth and ensure best-in-class execution. What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end liquidity provider relationships—from prospecting and onboarding through ongoing optimization and expansion across all product verticals; negotiate terms, SLAs, and fee structures with Tier-1/2 market makers, OTC desks, algorithmic traders, and RWA liquidity partners.
• Monitor liquidity quality metrics (spread, depth, fill rates) and partner with providers to continuously improve execution across spot, perpetuals, prediction contracts, and RWA instruments; onboard specialist liquidity providers for prediction markets and tokenized RWAs.
• Lead the liquidity strategy for prediction markets, defining market-making relationships, spread and depth requirements, and onboarding event-contract specialists; develop RWA liquidity partnerships with token issuers, broker-dealers, and institutional counterparties.
• Define liquidity requirements with Product and Trading for new listings; ensure deep, resilient order books from Day 1; serve as internal SME on prediction market microstructure and RWA trading dynamics.
• Set and execute a global liquidity acquisition/retention strategy; align with growth objectives and product roadmap; drive quarterly/annual revenue, volume, and spread targets; collaborate with Trading, Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Institutional Sales and OTC teams. What We're Looking For
• Experience managing liquidity provider relationships, negotiating terms, SLAs, and onboarding of Tier-1/Tier-2 market makers, OTC desks, and specialized RWA liquidity providers.
• Deep expertise in market microstructure and liquidity dynamics across crypto spot, derivatives, and on-chain RWA/prediction market ecosystems; ability to advise leadership on partnerships and market development.
• Proven track record defining and executing global liquidity strategies, coordinating with Product, Trading, Compliance, and Legal; strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills; ability to operate across APAC/EMEA/Americas with senior counterparties. Nice to Have
• Experience with prediction markets (e.g., Kalshi, Polymarket) and tokenized RWAs; relationships with token issuers, broker-dealers, and institutional counterparties on-chain.
• Previous crypto/fintech industry experience; familiarity with regulatory environments and market infrastructure. Compensation & Benefits
