About the Role
Prediction Markets on Luno let users forecast crypto prices and earn USDC payouts. This role focuses on supporting and growing the Prediction Markets product, enabling users to place Above/Below bets with USDC and ensuring payouts are handled via the blockchain. What You'll Do
- Support the Prediction Markets product lifecycle, user experience, and documentation within the Luno app.
- Monitor fee structures, risk disclosures, and payout flows (blockchain-based payouts in USDC).
- Collaborate with the Limitless-powered trading engine to ensure accurate pricing and settlement.
- Help educate and guide users through FAQs and in-app messaging. What We're Looking For
- Familiarity with prediction markets concepts (above/below bets, time-bound outcomes) and USDC payouts.
- Interest or experience in fintech/crypto products and blockchain-based settlements.
- Ability to communicate complex financial tools clearly and manage user risk disclosures. Nice to Have
- Experience with Limitless or similar decentralised exchanges.
