About the Role The Precision Electronics Program Manager will oversee and coordinate multiple development programs within the Vehicle Electronics & Precision Applications team, ensuring alignment with CNH Industrial's strategic objectives. You will plan, manage, and direct all development activities across programs to meet customer needs and fit within the capabilities of the Precision Electronics team, collaborating across component and platform programs to ensure on-time product launches and a positive impact on the business. What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end execution of Precision Electronics deliverables for platform integration programs.
- Ensure programs meet quality, delivery timing, scope, and financial objectives.
- Work closely with internal and external teams (Business platform, Technical Product Managers, Engineering/Development, Architecture, Security, Product Validation, quality, etc.) to develop and execute short-term and long-term plans, policies, procedures, resources, and initiatives.
- Work with leadership and program teams to maintain accountability to budgets, plans, and initiatives.
- Gain knowledge of customer and business needs; thereby contributing to strategic decisions.
- Measure and monitor project performance; create, maintain and review project status reports to support close surveillance over solutions development and support events to assure proper allocation of resources.
- Ensure project plans and timelines are met by internal and external resources through Program Increment (PI) team plans and commitments.
- Understand and manage the program risk throughout the life cycle; initiate mitigations, or corrective actions as necessary.
