About the Role Teradyne is seeking a technically driven Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Technical Support Engineer to support customers in Hefei or Shanghai. This role spans pre-sales, post-sales support, documentation, demonstrations, and training, with a focus on memory device architectures and DRAM/NAND test software. What You'll Do
- Provide Pre-Sales Customer technical support to drive successful solutions
- Deliver Post-Sales Customer technical support and issue resolution
- Create and review technical documentation and specifications
- Develop technical demonstrations, document them, and present to customers
- Deliver technical presentations to small and large groups of engineers
- Create and present training courses for customers and internal teams What We're Looking For
- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; MS preferred
- At least 5 years DRAM or NAND test experience (specifying, creating, debugging, and correlating device test programs)
- Strong English & technical communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of modern memory semiconductor device architectures, specifications, and design considerations
- Proficiency in C / C++ programming
- Experience in a technical sales environment
- Located in Hefei or Shanghai
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to think on your feet and use a problem-solving mindset in stressful scenarios
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, sometimes on short notice Nice to Have
