- BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, MS preferred
- At least 5 years DRAM or NAND test experience (specifying, creating, debugging, and correlating device test programs)
- Strong English & technical communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Understanding of modern memory semiconductor device architectures, specifications, and design considerations
- Proficiency in C / C++ programming
- Experience in technical sales environment
- Located in Hefei or Shanghai
- Self-motivation, being able to work alone as well as being a part of a team.
- Ability to "think on your feet" and use a "problem solving mindset" in stressful problem solving scenarios
- Willingness to travel, domestically / internationally, sometimes on very short notice
