About the Role Syntax is seeking a highly motivated Pre-Sales Engineer to support the sales team by providing technical expertise, solution design, and customer-facing presentations during the sales cycle. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring clients understand the value and capabilities of Syntax's products and services. What You'll Do
- Partner with Sales teams to understand customer requirements and business challenges.
- Design and present technical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concepts (PoCs).
- Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and technical questionnaires with accurate and compelling solutions.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Product, and Technical teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
