About this role
Major Responsibilities
- Support early deal phases by delivering standard demos covering Centric PXM capabilities, including PIM, DAM, supplier/data onboarding, enrichment, localization, syndication, and digital shelf analytics
- Support demand generation and educate customers on the value of PXM with propositions aligned to strategic goals such as faster commercialization, channel expansion, content compliance, sell-through, and operational efficiency
- For qualified clients, conduct detailed discovery on business goals, pain points, product content processes, system landscape, channel requirements, As-Is state, and To-Be state
- Analyze customer requirements, design tailored Centric PXM solutions, and configure capabilities to fit product data model, workflow, content quality, syndication, analytics, and integration needs
- Conduct customized and/or deep-dive demos for e-commerce, marketing, merchandising, product, IT, and digital teams; create supporting presentation materials as needed
- Create written solution proposals documenting scope, Centric PXM features, business value, integration considerations, and ROI estimates when needed
- Prepare RFI/RFP responses covering PXM, PIM, DAM, syndication, digital shelf analytics, AI/automation, integration, and data governance requirements
- Work closely with Sales, Post-Sales, Product, and partner teams to create customer success proposals: implementation approach, effort estimates, project timeline, project organization, and SOW
- Support marketing activities, including reviewing localized PXM content for the Japan market, attending trade shows, and presenting at seminars or webinars
Experience / Competencies / Skills
- Presales or consulting/implementation experience with enterprise applications, preferably PXM / PIM / DAM / e-commerce / ERP / SCM / CRM / PLM, or relevant product content and go-to-market processes
- Understanding of product data models, attribute taxonomy, data governance, content quality, digital asset workflows, channel syndication, and enterprise integrations
- Ability to configure Centric PXM or comparable enterprise applications and translate requirements into tailored solution designs, workflows, dashboards, and demos
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to connect technical capabilities to measurable customer business value
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with clients, partners, and internal teams (sales, global presales community, product, post-sales, marketing)
- Relevant experience in consumer products, retail, fashion & apparel, food & beverage, cosmetics & personal care, manufacturing, distribution, or digital commerce is a plus
- Fluent in both English and Japanese
