Pre-Meeting Prep Product Specialist

Jump

About this role

About the Role Jump is seeking a specialist to support the Pre-Meeting Prep product, a briefing tool that aggregates client data from multiple sources and delivers a structured, cited briefing before meetings. This role contributes to building reliable, customizable prep templates and data pipelines that help advisors walk into meetings with a trusted briefing and visuals ready for client conversations. What You'll Do

  • Design and configure pre-meeting briefs using the block-based template editor, choosing data sources and layout per meeting type, client segment, or advisor preference.
  • Integrate and maintain data sources (CRM notes, portfolio positions, financial plans, tax data, estate planning records, email threads, and past meeting context) and ensure inline citations link to the original records.
  • Ensure prep is generated automatically ahead of upcoming meetings and can be run on-demand; accessible with no login required when delivered.
  • Standardize prep quality across the firm by building account-level templates that advisors inherit automatically.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal teams to customize sections, data sources, and output structure; enable export of visuals (charts, net worth history, asset allocation) into client-facing decks.
  • Maintain data provenance and make it easy to verify any claim in seconds. What We're Looking For
  • Experience designing and configuring data-driven briefing tools or template-based content.
  • Familiarity with financial data sources (CRM notes, portfolio data, tax records, emails) and the ability to reference sources inline.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to produce client-facing visuals.
