Compensation Data
od 1 800 € brutto mesačne + ročný bonus

Brief Role Description
Poskytovanie právnej a administratívnej podpory v oblasti IT so zameraním na kontrolu zmlúv, správu zmluvnej dokumentácie a spoluprácu s internými tímami a externými partnermi.
Possible Tasks within this Role
- Podpora pri kontrole zmlúv, najmä pre IT projekty a služby, dodávateľských, licenčných a kooperačných zmlúv.
- Koordinácia a správa zmluvnej dokumentácie počas celého životného cyklu zmluvy.
- Operatívna právna a administratívna podpora interných tímov.
- Spolupráca s internými a externými partnermi pri riešení právnych otázok.
- Správa a aktualizácia dokumentácie a interných procesov.
Qualification requirements
- Vysokoškolské vzdelanie v odbore právo, minimálne I. stupňa.
- Minimálne 2 roky praxe v oblasti práva alebo IT projektov.
- Veľmi dobrá znalosť občianskeho a obchodného práva, najmä v oblasti IT.
- Znalosť práva ochrany osobných údajov.
- Nemecký alebo anglický jazyk na úrovni minimálne B2, slovom aj písmom
