Was erwartet Dich?
- Du übernimmst administrative Tätigkeiten im operativen Tagesgeschäft zur Unterstützung innerhalb der Kundenbetreuung Automotive.
- Du unterstützt die Betreuung unserer Kunden über die Touchpoints E-Mail und Telefon und beantwortest Anfragen.
- Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du die Erstellung von technischen Datenblättern und Gutachten.
- Bei der (Weiter-)Entwicklung von Prozessen und Projekten kannst Du dich einbringen.
