Job title: Praktikant u službi nabavke
You will support the procurement team at Hansgrohe d.o.o. in Valjevo with tender preparation, documentation structuring, and contract administration, contributing to efficient procurement processes. The internship provides exposure to local public procurement rules and international donor guidelines, including English-language communications and document translation.
Prepare, structure and verify tender documentation in accordance with local public procurement laws and donor guidelines (PRAG, EBRD, WB). Manage international correspondence with foreign partners, clients, and consortiums in English. Translate and adapt complex technical and legal documentation between English and local language as needed. Administer contracts: track deadlines, bank guarantees, confirmations and other related paperwork throughout the project lifecycle. Support procurement activities in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.
Education: University or higher professional degree (preferably Economics or Law). Minimum 2 years of experience in public procurement; experience with international tenders is a major plus. Advanced English language skills (C1/C2) with excellent understanding, writing and reading of contract terminology. Certificate for public procurement official is desirable. Skills: exceptional precision, attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines, advanced MS Office skills. Plus: experience in energy, construction, manufacturing, telecommunications or infrastructure sectors.
Experience with international tenders. Valid public procurement officer certificate.
