About the Role Du unterstützt das Team Süd im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst dafür, dass Abläufe und Servicequalität stabil bleiben. Du erhältst Einblicke in die operative Kundenbetreuung eines dynamischen Serviceumfelds und arbeitest eng mit internen Schnittstellen wie Logistik, Vertrieb und Produktion zusammen, um Kunden durch den gesamten Transportverlauf zu begleiten. What You'll Do
- Unterstützung des Süd-Teams im Tagesgeschäft und Sicherstellung von Abläufen und Servicequalität
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Aufträgen
- Abstimmung mit Logistik, Vertrieb und Produktion
- Begleitung der Kunden über den gesamten Transportverlauf
- Erstellung regelmäßiger Reports What We're Looking For
- Eingeschriebene/r Student/in in Deutschland in BWL, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen o. Ä.
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und serviceorientierte Haltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
