About the Role
Practice Support Services comprises paralegals, case managers, specialists, transaction analysts and other non-attorney professionals who support the firm's attorneys and clients across all practice groups under direct supervision. These roles involve challenging work in a fast-paced environment, including managing large matters, coordinating teams, and serving as primary administrative contacts with clients in some cases. The firm seeks top-notch academic credentials and excellent writing, organizational, and communication skills; candidates with relevant experience are of particular interest.
What You'll Do
- Support attorneys and clients across practice groups on litigation, regulatory investigations, and transactional matters.
- Manage projects and, in some cases, lead teams of paralegals or coordinate multiple matters for clients or practice areas.
- Serve as a client-facing point of contact in appropriate roles, leveraging deep experience in the relevant practice areas.
- Work under the direct supervision of the firm’s attorneys, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and communication.

- Additional experience in IP-related tasks is a plus.
