About the Role CAF Group is offering your first professional opportunity in mobility, international, and cutting-edge technology. We are seeking students who are finishing or recently graduated in Engineering (any specialty) or ADE for internships and end-of-degree/master projects. The aim is to develop in technical or management areas within CAF, in a multinational, multicultural environment. What You'll Do
- Participate in internships or end-of-degree/master projects aligned with CAF's activities (technical: I+D, diseño; or management: fabricación, proyectos).
- Collaborate effectively in international and multicultural environments, with a good level of English; a second language (French, German, etc.) is highly valued.
- Apply the knowledge and skills gained during your training by contributing to CAF projects and developing professionally within the company. What We're Looking For
- Students finishing or recently graduated in Engineering (any specialty) or ADE.
- Interest in technical (I+D, diseño, etc.) or management (manufacturing, proyectos, etc.) areas.
- Ability to adapt to international and multicultural environments; good English skills; willingness to learn a second language; proactive and able to work in a team. Nice to Have
- Knowledge of Euskara (Basque) is valued.
- Additional language skills (French, German, etc.) are valued and encouraged in an international setting.
