Job title: Practicante (RH)
Description: Internship in Human Resources at Autoliv Queretaro West. The role provides support in HR operations, helping with basic tracking of employee information and the execution of internal initiatives in line with the organization’s policies. It offers exposure to HR processes and events as part of a development program.
What You'll Do
- Provide support in the operational activities of the HR department, collaborating in the basic tracking of employee information and in the execution of internal initiatives, in accordance with the organization’s policies.
- Support in employee retention initiatives.
- Assist on the personnel transportation route reengineering project.
- Follow-up on Human Resources processes.
- Contribute to the monitoring of turnover and absenteeism indicators.
- Prepare various reports.
- Support events, including Birthdays.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- No experience required; internships or academic projects in Human Resources are desirable.
- Intermediate English.
- Internal Work Regulations and Code of Ethics.
