Role Summary
Is responsible for post-sale technical customer service and support across multiple sub families for business and/or end-consumer customers
Main Tasks
- Finding solutions for customers by customer issues analysis and resolution (typically performed in an office environment)
- Coordinating customer service at the distribution centre regarding product returns and repairs, or at the walk-in customer service facility in the field
- Coordinating customers, production and distribution departments related to specific customer orders
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of customer information (customer database)
- Creating reports related to customer inquiries, sales trends, customer complaints, delivery/service problems, reasons for product returns
Minimum Educational Requirement
Bachelor's Degree or Comparable Qualification in Economic Sciences, Business Economics or Related fields
