About the Role
This internship role supports the Quality team in operational activities, collaborating on basic information follow-up, customer notifications, root cause analysis, and validation of controls, in accordance with organizational policies. It also involves follow-up of customer notifications, scrap reduction projects in production cells, and ongoing monitoring of Quality processes.
What You'll Do
- Provide support in the operational activities of the Quality area, including basic follow-up of information, customer notifications, and validation in accordance with organizational policies.
- Support the execution of root cause analysis and the implementation of controls.
- Assist in follow-up of customer notifications and scrap reduction projects in production cells.
- Monitor and report on Quality processes and various reports as required.
What We're Looking For
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (in progress).
- No prior experience required; internships or academic engineering projects are desirable.
- Proficiency in English.
