About the Role We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry, focusing on PR to PO buying in the energy and utility client sector. The role involves building and co-managing a strong relationship with the client organization and delivering based on defined SLA and KPIs.
What You'll Do
- Purchase requisitions (PR) to purchase orders (PO): receipt, placement, and acknowledgment.
- Ensure on-time processing of sourcing and procurement transactions (RFX/Contracts).
- Manage exceptional transactions and overall SLA/deliverables.
- Improve PO quality and maximize usage of group and local contracts.
- Assist in generating savings; handle Non-Voice tasks (70%) and Voice tasks (30%).
What We're Looking For
- Good English language skills (written and conversational).
- BPO experience of 3+ years in procurement operations.
