About the Role Coordinate processes and the product industrialization team to translate product concepts into serial production in alignment with CBS standards. Drive cross-functional collaboration with PPI, Quality, and external partners to develop action plans from the CBS strategy and ensure implementation.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate processes and the product industrialization team; encourage coordination with PPI departments in the region
- Develop the plant's CBS strategy into action plans and ensure implementation
- Manage projects of changes in materials, machines, relocation of production processes
- Update and create product specifications and TDSs in accordance with standards
- Update flow charts and control plans (in cooperation with the Quality department), work instructions and technologies
