Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for the safety testing, certification project execution, and project management of power tools, garden tools, and related battery-powered products, including sample inspection, test planning, test execution, issue analysis, and follow-up on corrective actions. 负责电动工具、园林工具及相关电池驱动产品的安全测试、认证项目执行和项目管理，包括样品检查、测试计划制定、测试实施、问题分析及整改跟踪。

• 2. Conduct product evaluations in accordance with applicable international, European, and regional standards, mainly covering: 根据适用的国际、欧洲及区域标准开展产品评估，主要涉及：

• ■IEC/EN 62841 series safety standards for power tools and garden tools IEC/EN 62841系列电动工具和园林工具安全标准

• ■IEC/EN 60335 series standards for relevant products IEC/EN 60335系列相关产品标准

• ■Requirements related to mechanical safety, EMC, batteries, and charging systems 机械安全、EMC、电池及充电系统相关要求

• ■Certification schemes such as CE, GS, CB, and RCM CE、GS、CB、RCM等认证项目

• 3. Review and manage project technical documentation, including product manuals, nameplates and warning labels, electrical schematics, PCB documentation, critical component lists/CDF, risk assessments, test records, and draft test reports and certificates. 负责项目技术文件的审核和管理，包括产品说明书、铭牌和警告标识、电气原理图和PCB资料、关键元器件清单/CDF、风险评估、测试记录以及测试报告和证书草稿。
• 4. Independently carry out product testing, or complete testing under the guidance of the Project Manager, and prepare test reports in compliance with quality system requirements. 独立或在项目经理指导下完成产品测试，并编制符合质量体系要求的测试报告。
• 5. Identify non-conformities in testing activities or technical documentation, analyze root causes, and provide customers with clear, accurate, and practical corrective action recommendations. 识别测试或技术文件中的不符合项，分析问题原因，向客户提供清晰、准确且可执行的整改建议。
• 6. Communicate and coordinate with customers, sales, certification approvers, laboratories, and other technical teams on samples, technical documentation, test arrangements, project progress, and report delivery. 与客户、销售、认证签证人员、实验室及其他技术团队沟通，协调样品、技术资料、测试安排、项目进度及报告交付。
• 7. Monitor the development and updates of IEC, EN, and other regional standards and regulations, and participate in standards gap analysis, technical training, and internal knowledge sharing. 跟踪IEC、EN及其他区域性标准法规的发展和更新，参与标准差异分析、技术培训及内部知识分享。
• 8. Maintain complete, accurate, and traceable project documentation to ensure that test results can be linked to sample numbers, hardware versions, software versions, and specific test configurations. 维护完整、准确且可追溯的项目文件，确保测试结果能够对应样品编号、硬件版本、软件版本及具体测试配置。
• 9. Upon obtaining the relevant authorization, independently execute projects, prepare reports, and sign off in the relevant sections of reports within the approved technical scope. 在获得相应授权后，在规定的技术范围内独立执行项目、编制报告，并在报告相关栏目签字。

Job Requirements

• 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Measurement and Control, or other related engineering disciplines.

• 本科及以上学历，电气工程、电子信息、自动化、机电一体化、机械工程、测控技术或相关工科专业。

• 2. At least 3 years of experience in R&D, testing, quality, or certification of power tools, garden tools, household appliances, or other related electrical products.

• 3年以上电动工具、园林工具、家用电器或相关电气产品的研发、测试、质量或认证经验。

• 3. Solid knowledge of fundamental electrical safety requirements and testing principles, including protection against electric shock, temperature rise, dielectric strength, leakage current, abnormal operation, mechanical strength, creepage distance, and clearance.

• 熟悉电气安全基础知识，掌握防触电、温升、耐压、泄漏电流、异常运行、机械强度、爬电距离和电气间隙等测试要求。

• 4. Able to read electrical schematics, PCB drawings, product structure drawings, and English technical documentation, and familiar with the operation of common test equipment.

• 能够阅读电气原理图、PCB图、产品结构图及英文技术文件，熟悉常用测试设备的使用。

• 5. Able to independently complete testing, problem analysis, customer communication, and report preparation, with basic capabilities in mechanical structure inspection and failure analysis.

• 能够独立完成测试、问题分析、客户沟通和报告编制，具备一定的机械结构检查和基础失效分析能力。

• 6. Experience with IEC/EN 62841 or IEC/EN 60335 testing is preferred; experience in third-party testing and certification organizations, manufacturers’ laboratories, or product certification departments is preferred.

• 有IEC/EN 62841或IEC/EN 60335测试经验者优先；有第三方检测认证机构、制造商实验室或产品认证部门经验者优先。

• 7. Good command of English in reading and writing, with the ability to read English standards and technical documents, and prepare test records, technical emails, and test reports in English.

• 具备良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读英文标准和技术文档，并使用英文编写测试记录、技术邮件和测试报告。

• 8. Strong analytical thinking, communication, teamwork, and multi-project management skills, with the ability to adapt to customer on-site testing and short-term business travel.

• 具备良好的分析思维、沟通协调、团队合作和多项目管理能力，能够适应客户现场测试及短期出差。
