A Power Solutions Architect responsible for being a strategic technical leader within an Application Engineering organization. This role focuses on designing and optimizing electrical power delivery systems across industrial, data center, and enterprise applications. Acting as a bridge between engineering and commercial teams, the architect drives innovation, supports digital transformation, and enhances technical capabilities across the organization.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in power system architecture or a related field.
- Expertise with UL, IEEE standards, and applicable industry practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively across technical, commercial, and cross-functional teams.
