Job title: Power Platform Developer
About the Role Power Platform Developer (and Innovation Specialist) to support a front-office modernization effort for a federal DOW client. This role is responsible for designing and building the document management architecture, automated workflows, AI agent configurations, and data capabilities that span a multi-milestone delivery program. The position operates within a lean, agile sprint-based team and requires the ability to translate executive workflows into actionable, testable increments of capability across the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for inbox-driven task identification, action item routing, multi-step approvals, and exception handling
- Automate document detection, ingestion, and periodic summarization into SharePoint to support centralized knowledge management
- Design and configure SharePoint as a centralized repository for document retention, meeting records, briefs, and institutional knowledge
- Build Microsoft Forms-based or Canvas App-based intake tools for standardized capture and routing of meeting requests and action items
- Design and build Canvas Apps providing tailored, intuitive user experiences
