Power Platform Developer

About the Role

EY is seeking a Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse to deliver scalable business solutions. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, governance, and continuous improvement through automation and integration. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps based on business requirements.

• Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces using Power Fx and reusable components.

• Design and manage Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and data validations.

• Implement security roles, field-level security, and role-based access in Dataverse.

• Develop and optimize Power Automate cloud flows for business process automation.

• Create approval workflows, notifications, escalations, and exception handling mechanisms.

• Build and manage reusable and child flows following ALM and solution best practices.

• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Dynamics 365.

• Configure and use standard and custom connectors to integrate external systems and APIs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Apps performance, flows, and Dataverse operations.

• Participate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into scalable low-code solutions.

• Ensure solutions follow governance, security, and performance best practices.

• Support UAT, production deployments, and post deployment maintenance activities.

• Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to stakeholders and support teams.

• Continuously explore new Power Platform features and suggest process improvements through automation.

• Have at least beginner level exposure to Copilot Studio and Copilot enabled Power Platform capabilities. What We're Looking For

• Overall years of experience: 3+ years and proven Power Platform developer background with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.

• Strong focus on process automation, integration, and continuous improvement.

• Experience designing and managing Dataverse data models, security, and governance.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable low-code solutions.

• Experience integrating with SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and Dynamics 365.

• Ability to support UAT, deployments, and post-deployment maintenance.

• Good documentation and communication skills. Nice to Have

• Beginner level exposure to Copilot Studio and Copilot-enabled Power Platform capabilities.
