About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Power Electronics Reliability Test Engineer to design and execute rigorous testing and validation plans ensuring high reliability in real-world operating conditions. This role directly impacts product quality, customer satisfaction, and field performance by developing robust qualification methods and accelerated life tests. You will work across test development, data analysis, and cross-functional teams to translate results into reliable products. What You'll Do
- Accelerated Lifetime Modeling: Develop and execute experiments to determine semiconductor accelerated lifetime models.
- Qualification Testing: Design test methods, circuits, and software for device qualification, including switching accelerated lifetime tests; innovate new qualification approaches.
- Extrinsic reliability: Understand wafer defectivity and its impact on reliability; develop methodologies using optical inspection and electrical testing to mitigate their effects. What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, or Power Electronics.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in reliability testing in Power Electronics.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of compound semiconductor physics.
- Software & Modeling: Apply statistical modeling using Python, R, ReliaSoft or other programs.
- Fabrication Awareness: Familiarity with basic wafer fabrication processes and how those processes can impact device reliability.
- Troubleshooting: Extensive experience in hardware debugging and troubleshooting complex test circuits. Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 100,000 - 120,000 per year; bonus opportunities.
