Position Overview
The Customer MI and Reporting Executive will provide analytical and reporting support to the business, focusing on Customer Management Information (MI), Account Management reporting, and Power BI dashboard development. Working within the Strategy & Analytics team, the role holder will be responsible for producing, maintaining and enhancing customer and commercial reporting, supporting Account Management teams with actionable insights, and ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate and timely performance data. The role will support ongoing reporting requirements, business projects, and reporting improvement initiatives during the fixed-term contract period.
