Power Apps Developer

About the Role EY is seeking a Power Apps Developer to design, develop, secure, and extend Power Apps applications using model-driven apps, Power Pages, and Power Portals. This role focuses on leveraging Power Platform to improve processes, customer experience, and productivity, while collaborating with teams and leadership. What You'll Do

• Design, develop, secure, and extend Power Apps applications using model-driven apps, canvas apps, and Power Pages.
• Gather requirements, design, test, and capture workflow requirements for existing and proposed solutions.
• Build Model-Driven Power Apps, Canvas Power Apps, or Power Pages to meet client and business needs.
• Support team and organization in expanding Power Platform capabilities.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to streamline processes, improve customer experience, and increase productivity.
• Provide estimates for pipeline work and contribute expertise to various projects; communicate updates to Team Lead/Manager.
• Build external-facing portals using Power Portals.
• Build Flows and Robotic Process Automations (RPA) within Power Automate. What We're Looking For
• 1+ years’ experience in Power Apps canvas app and model-driven apps development.
• Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proven experience in developing Power Apps model-driven apps and Power Pages with customization, configuration, integration, and extensibility; understanding of boundaries/constraints.
• Development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Office 365, RESTful Web Services, ASP.NET, SharePoint Online (one or more).
• Understanding of relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience in other Power Platform practices such as Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, and Power Pages.
• Knowledge of Power Platform licensing.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI.
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices for Power Apps model-driven apps in Dynamics 365; ability to expose, store, and report on data.
• Ability to create high quality functional documentation and strong requirements gathering skills.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
