Resposibility:
1- Operation of adding materials and ingredients in the electric furnace, melting operation in the electric furnace, sampling inspection and composition adjustment, and record keeping. 2- Operation and maintenance of the automatic casting machine (dumping type), sampling inspection and record keeping. 3- Connecting the casting machine to the automatic molding line, having experience in the production mode of the molding line. 4- Daily inspection and self-maintenance of the electric furnace and furnace lining, as well as the casting machine.
