Job title: Postvention Project Coordinator
Job Summary
The Postvention Project Coordinator will lead the strategic expansion and implementation of NAMI New Hampshire’s Connect suicide postvention training and response services within New Hampshire’s recovery community. The position will initially support a one-year project encompassing program design, coordination, implementation, documentation, partnership development, deliverables, and reporting to support effective, sustainable service delivery.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a complex, multi-stakeholder postvention initiative and successful execution across partners and service settings.
- Develop and manage a comprehensive project work.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level partnerships with community organizations, coalitions, funders, and system leaders, serving as a representative and liaison for the initiative.
- Collaborate with internal communications staff to support outreach, marketing, and dissemination related to training, services, and project outcomes.
- Coordinate and deliver postvention training, planning sessions, and implementation
- Develop implementation infrastructure, coordinating internal staff and external collaborators to ensure quality, consistency, and accountability.
- Collaborate with Director of Information and Evaluation to develop a data strategy and performance monitoring, translating findings into actionable recommendations for stakeholders, funders, and executive leadership.

Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge
- Master’s degree in business, public administration, public health, social sciences, or a related field preferred. A bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience with project or program coordination, with demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives with measurable outcomes, will also be considered.
- Knowledge of NH’s recovery ecosystem, key stakeholders, and readiness for postvention
- Strong strategic planning, systems thinking, and critical thinking
- Above-average proficiency using computers to maintain and track data, including Salesforce or other similar CRM systems.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
