Position summary
EGADE Business School invites applications for two 12-months (with possibility of a 12-month extension), full-time Postdoctoral Researcher Positions in Enterprising families with an emphasis on: Position 1. Artificial intelligence (AI) and long-term orientation. Position 2. Wealth management of enterprising families. The Postdoc positions will work closely with Dr. Justin Craig, full professor at the Institute of Enterprising Families for Mexico and LATAM (IFEM) and Dr. Marcela Ramírez Pasillas, contributing to ongoing and new research at the intersection of family business, AI, leadership, ownership, wealth, sustainability and value creation in Mexico and Latin America.
Key responsibilities
- Co-author high-impact research with Dr. Justing and Dr. Marcela Ramírez Pasillas on business families, AI, continuity, wealth and related topics (e.g., real state, inheritance, ownership, entrepreneurship, regeneration/sustainability).
- Design and execute studies (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed methods): data collection, archival datasets, field/survey work, and advanced analytics, including with the use of AI.
- Curate, review and manage publications of IFEM.
- Manage research workflows and ethical research compliance.
- Disseminate findings via manuscripts, conferences, seminars, and practitioner outlets.
- Optional teaching (subject to interest and program needs).
