About the Role Angor is seeking two highly organised Portfolio Specialists to join our Property Management team. You will manage portfolios of Sectional Title properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, financial oversight, and smooth day-to-day administration for owners and stakeholders. There are two openings: one in Bryanston, Johannesburg and one in Century City, Cape Town, with hybrid work arrangements. What You'll Do
- Attend Scheme Executive meetings (in person or remotely) and chair/minute as required.
- Schedule and coordinate AGM/SGM within the legislative framework; prepare budgets, project quotes, quorum information, and insurance schedules as needed.
- Oversee monthly levy runs and distribution of statements; approve snapshot and levy rolls prior to live runs.
