Job Description
We are looking for a Portfolio Execution & Lifecycle Management Manager to play a pivotal role in converting UCC portfolio strategy into successful market execution across the region.
Urology and Critical Care (UCC) is an established and trusted partner in urinary healthcare, developing complete solutions which optimize the urine drainage process in the Acute Care Hospital setting.
In this highly visible regional role, you will partner with country marketing teams, supply chain, sales, forecasting, and other cross-functional collaborators to drive product launches, optimize portfolio performance, maintain supply continuity, and support strategic lifecycle decisions.
You will be at the center of ensuring the right products reach the right markets at the right time.
Location: Eysins, Switzerland | Travel: 30-50%
This position is located in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. Applicants must hold a valid Swiss work permit and be legally resident in the Canton of Vaud
Your main responsibilities will include:

Drive Successful Product Launches

Translate portfolio strategy into actionable launch plans.

Lead the execution of new product launch initiatives, campaigns, and deployment activities.

Define country launch sequencing and coordinate market rollouts.

Ensure commercial, market, and operational readiness across countries.

Equip local teams with the tools, messaging, and resources needed for successful adoption.

Lead Portfolio Lifecycle Management

Handle portfolio rationalization, discontinuations, transitions, and lifecycle optimization activities.

Partner closely with supply chain and demand planning teams to ensure product availability and mitigate supply risks.

Drive deployment of portfolio execution plans across multiple markets.

Monitor portfolio performance and find opportunities to improve commercial impact.

Deliver compelling campaigns and communications aligned with regional strategic priorities.

Collaborate Across Functions and Markets

Build strong partnerships with regional and country collaborators.

Influence decisions across diverse teams without direct authority.

Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, operations, and supply chain functions.

Develop a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What we are looking for:
- Confirmed experience within the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
- Proven expertise in product lifecycle management and portfolio optimization.
- Successful track record of planning and delivering product launches.
- Experience collaborating across both regional and country-level organizations.
- Solid understanding of commercial execution, demand planning, and distribution network management.
- Strategic professional with a proven ability to deliver outcomes and strong commercial and analytical competence.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
- Fluent English required; additional European languages are an advantage.
Salary range for the role:CHF 155,000–165,000 base salary + bonus + benefits
