About the Role You will play a central role in building and growing Coca-Cola HBC Schweiz's Premium Spirits business in Switzerland. You will translate global and local brand priorities into effective commercial and marketing plans, strengthen brand perception, expand distribution, increase consumer demand and drive profitable business results. In close collaboration with brand owners, Sales, Supply Chain and cross-functional teams, you will lead the annual portfolio planning process, manage marketing investments and foster customer activation, advocacy and innovation across channels. What You'll Do
- Support successful market entry and ongoing development of Premium Spirits brands
- Develop annual portfolio and brand plans in alignment with brand owners and internal targets
- Create customer activation plans and channel-specific strategies in line with brand guidelines for On-Trade, Off-Trade and E-Commerce
- Lead annual business planning with Sales and brand owners
- Identify growth opportunities based on market analysis, trends and consumer behavior
- Take P&L responsibility and achieve revenue, market share and penetration targets
- Manage brand budget and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI
- Plan, execute and monitor integrated marketing activities such as campaigns, consumer and bartender activations, festivals, promotions, experience marketing, trade events and training programs online and offline
- Analyze Nielsen and IWSR data, customer and consumer insights to identify channel and category opportunities
- Ensure a consistent and strong brand presence across all touchpoints
- Responsible for the creation of high-quality content (texts, visuals, multimedia)
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, KPIs, consumer feedback and market developments
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Insights, Finance and external agencies
- Align brand strategy with commercial execution
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and brand owners
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements and Swiss Responsible-Drinking guidelines
- Ensure top execution quality and brand integrity across all activities What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (Master's preferred)
- Experience in the beverage industry, ideally Premium Spirits, highly desirable
- Proven experience in brand management or marketing
- Experience with market entry strategies is a clear advantage
- Solid understanding of brand management, consumer behavior and market research
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Creativity and ability to develop innovative ideas and strategies
- Confident demeanor with strong communication and influencing skills
- Autonomous, agile working style and ability to drive change
- Team-oriented work style with cross-functional project experience
- Fluent in German and English
- French language skills (conversational) are a plus
- Valid driver's license Nice to Have
