Section: About the Role Davina Hotel & Resort is seeking a courteous, hardworking, and customer-focused Porter to assist guests with luggage, provide arrival support, and ensure a pleasant hotel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• • Welcome guests and assist with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• • Escort guests to their rooms and explain basic room facilities.
• • Respond to guest requests and provide information about hotel services.
• • Handle and safeguard guests’ belongings, reporting lost or damaged items.
• • Keep the entrance, lobby, and designated work areas neat and presentable.
• • Coordinate with other hotel departments and report safety or maintenance issues.
• • Follow hotel security procedures and maintain professional conduct.

Requirements

• • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
• • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Ability to lift and carry luggage safely.
• • Neat appearance, honesty, punctuality, and reliability.
• • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
• • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
