About the Role Columbia Dining Services is seeking a Porter to clean and maintain different areas of the Dining Halls, including kitchens, dining rooms, dish rooms, and basements. This role supports a customer-focused dining environment by keeping facilities clean and safe. What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain dining hall areas such as kitchens, dining rooms, dish rooms, and basements.
- Wash dishes, pots, and pans.
- Shampoo rugs.
- Clean and wash floors and walls.
- Operate and use equipment including dish washing machines, rug shampoo machines, and pot washing machines.
- Assist other employees as directed by supervisors.
- Observe safety standards and practices.
- Perform related duties as required or assigned. What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly salary range: $21.00 - $22.92 per hour.
- Hours per week: 40.
- Standard Work Schedule: Thursday - Sunday, 12:00pm - 10:00pm.
