Four Seasons Whistler Pool Server
Join our dynamic, diverse team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler as the Full Time, Winter Seasonal Pool Server. We are looking to have someone start November 11th.

What you will do:
- Facilitate guest satisfaction by supporting the Food Server in delivering food promptly and accurately from the kitchen to the pool.
- Ensure timely and precise delivery of food from the kitchen to guests.
- Assist in the discreet clearing, cleaning, and setup of tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silver to uphold Four Seasons Standards and provide superior service by greeting guests warmly.
- Proactively anticipate guest needs, assess satisfaction levels, and promptly address any concerns or requests.
- Contribute to the stocking of linens, china, glass, silver, and food items for service; participate in preparing smaller items like toast, soup, or beverages.
- Foster a harmonious and professional working relationship with colleagues and supervisors.
What you bring:
- High school education or equivalent experience.
- Minimum one year of food service or related work.
- Ability to carry and balance a tray. Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
- Fluent English (written, spoken and reading).
- ‘Serving It Right’ certificate.
- Strong commitment to service, and a great attitude!
- Must have valid work authorization for Canada.

- Hourly wage: $27.00 per hour (Oct 1-April 30) and $19.65 per hour (May 1- Sept 30) plus gratuities

Schedule & Hours:
As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our service staff to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, overnights and holidays.
