Job title: Pool Concierge
About the Role The Pool Concierge will be the main liaison between guests and the pool area services, ensuring a unique and memorable experience. You will provide personalized attention, anticipate guest needs, and maintain a pristine, comfortable and exclusive pool environment.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests to the pool area and provide information about available services.
- Ensure the pool area is spotless and stocked with towels, amenities, and other required materials.
- Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized assistance, such as managing cabana or balinese bed reservations, delivering beverages and snacks.
- Coordinate with other departments (bars, housekeeping, maintenance) to guarantee smooth and quality service.
- Monitor and enforce safety and behavior rules in the pool area.
- Resolve incidents or special requests promptly and professionally.
- Promote hotel activities, events or services related to the pool area.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Studies in Tourism, Hospitality or related fields (valued).
- Experience: Previous customer service experience, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end resorts.
- Languages: Advanced English level (essential); other languages, such as German or French, are valued positively.
- Skills: Excellent communication, customer orientation, problem-solving, attention to detail.
- Personality: Empathetic, proactive and positive attitude.
- Flexibility: Availability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with luxury protocols and service standards in the hospitality sector.
