About the Role New Albany Country Club is hiring adult pool servers and bartenders to join the team for the summer. You’ll work outdoors in a fun, fast-paced pool environment with consistent hourly pay — no tips required. This is a non-tipped, hourly role at a private club. What You'll Do
- Serve food and beverages to Members and guests
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain clean and organized pool bar areas
- Assist with opening and closing duties What We're Looking For
- Must be 21 years or older
- Prior bartending or service experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Weekend and holiday availability preferred Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $16.00 per hour (Non-Tipped)
- Consistent hourly pay (non-tipped facility)
- Outdoor summer environment
