About the Role As Pontier at Alstom's La Pocatière site, you will operate a crane to move materials and equipment for production and contribute to several projects. You will be part of the production department and may work day and/or evening shifts to support the workflow. This role emphasizes safety, precision and teamwork. What You'll Do
- Operate a overhead crane to transport materials and equipment to various production stations as required.
- Visually inspect the crane, slings and lifting accessories.
- Ensure adherence to safety rules specific to crane operation and safe handling of loads.
- Work collaboratively within the production team and respect production deadlines; shifts may include day and/or evening. What We're Looking For
- Understanding of safety rules specific to crane operation (Sec. V or equivalent).
- Ability to work in a team and follow work instructions.
- Capacity to meet production deadlines.
