About the Role The Polysomnographic Technologist/RCP is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with expertise in conducting sleep studies, sleep staging, and technical scoring of sleep events according to AASM standards, and provides QA feedback. This role works closely with the Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager, and Medical Director to assure high-quality diagnostic and therapeutic sleep services in the Sleep Lab. It also emphasizes delivering an excellent patient experience by following all protocols, policies and procedures and hospital values.
What You'll Do
- Conduct polysomnography, sleep staging and technical scoring of sleep events according to AASM standards, including extended EEG, MSLT/MWT, and related assessments.
