About the Role Polysomnographic Technician in Sleep Medicine is an overnight on-site role at Logan Health in Kalispell, MT. You will perform sleep studies and support diagnostic and therapeutic care for sleep disorders, collaborating with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other clinical staff to deliver patient-centered care. What You'll Do
- Perform overnight sleep studies (PSG, titration, and Home Sleep Apnea Testing) in accordance with AASM standards.
- Monitor and document physiological data while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Educate patients on procedures, equipment, and sleep hygiene.
- Work closely with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other clinical staff to support personalized treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records, equipment, and adhere to infection control protocols. What We're Looking For
- Current credential in sleep technology (RPSGT or RRT-SDS) required.
- Associate degree in science or medicine preferred.
- Healthcare Provider CPR certification required (or must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
- Excellent communication, technical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts. Compensation & Benefits

- Schedule: Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week; schedules may be adjusted to meet position needs.
