About the Role Trivelta is seeking a Poker Platform Specialist to help operators deploy and scale a social, live poker ecosystem. The role centers on delivering public and private rooms, in-table audio and live chat, themed white-label experiences, and cross-sell opportunities that keep players engaged and coming back.
What You'll Do
- Deploy and configure public and private poker rooms, open matchmaking tables, and one-tap seating for operator apps.
- Integrate in-table audio, real-time live chat, and social features to drive engagement and retention.
- Implement white-label theming to match operator brand and UI.
- Enable liquidity strategies (always-on), cross-sell with sportsbook and casino to grow wallet share.
- Support CRM and re-engagement campaigns; monitor compliance, security, and fair play.
- Provide demos during onboarding and support operator go-live and ongoing success.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in SaaS/B2B platforms, preferably in gaming or regulated markets.
- Strong collaboration with operators, product, and engineering teams.
- Familiarity with live multiplayer features, in-table audio, and real-time chat.
- Ability to tailor UI/UX and branding for different operator requirements.
- Knowledge of modular architecture, compliance tooling, and security best practices is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Poker domain knowledge or interest in casino/sportsbook cross-sell strategies.
- Experience with CRM tools, personalized offers, and re-engagement campaigns.
