About the Role Litera is seeking a PMS Consultant to lead the successful implementation of our legal practice management software (PMS) for law firms and corporate legal teams. You will guide project delivery, act as a subject matter expert on legal finance operations, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handover to business-as-usual support. What You'll Do
- Lead the successful implementation of Litera PMS for customers and guide other consultants on implementations with finance dependencies
- Serve as SME on the financial operations of a legal services business
- Participate in key customer meetings (kickoffs, escalations, project meetings)
- Create and/or complete documentation for customer-specific configurations (advanced/technical)
- Oversee PMS migrations and provide sign-off before go-live
- Manage handover from project delivery to BAU support with appropriate sign-off
- Advise Support on legal finance issues as needed
- Support Sales in customer meetings requiring expertise in legal finance management, migrations, and integrations
- Collaborate with Product Management to inform development decisions
- Engage with customers to maximize usage and value of the PMS
- Share knowledge to increase internal competency related to legal practice management software
- Make recommendations on optimal use of the Peppermint solution
- Provide management with regular, timely updates What We're Looking For
- Significant experience implementing software solutions in law firms or other regulated environments
- Proven consultancy experience in professional services or fee-earning environments
- Strong knowledge of financial processes and systems, ideally legal finance systems and related regulations
- Ability to identify, prioritize, and close gaps in delivery and post-delivery processes and documentation
- Advanced understanding of Peppermint software functionality (on-the-job development acceptable)
- Degree level qualification (business or technology) or equivalent experience; professional memberships (ILFM, Lexel, ICO, accountancy qualifications) are a plus
- Ability to write technical documentation and follow standard methodologies
- Experience supporting pre-sales activities in a Consultancy role
- C-level client-facing experience
- Strong technical ability to implement functionality into software
- Deep understanding of how law firms operate, with awareness of challenges and opportunities
- Experience working with partners and 3rd party vendors
- Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving, and a tenacious attitude Nice to Have

- Salary range: $80,000 – $95,000 annually
