About the Role PMO SI TRADE will intervene in a strategic IT transformation program for a banking client, operating in the Core Processing Systems team, with governance, coordination and delivery oversight to ensure value delivery and regulatory compliance. What You'll Do
- Accompany the program roadmap with a global, coherent view.
- Monitor project progress (quality, costs, delays) and ensure regulatory and functional requirements are met.
- Manage schedules, resource allocation and interdependencies between projects.
- Support business teams, product owners and IT in adopting Agile best practices.
- Facilitate Agile rituals (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives, Scrum of Scrums).
- Identify and track risks, propose mitigations and prepare decisions.
- Produce reports, dashboards and governance materials.
- Coordinate all internal and external stakeholders. What We're Looking For
- Confirmed experience in PMO SI / transformation program governance.
- Proficiency with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management tools (JIRA).
- Solid experience in a banking context, ideally Core Banking / Trade Finance projects.
- Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills. Nice to Have
- Experience with Core Banking / Trade Finance projects (advantage).
- Familiarity with additional agile scales or certifications is a plus. Compensation & Benefits
